Mrs. Marvalyn Campbell is a results-driven individual, committed to achieving organizational goals and a selfless people-centred volunteer, who goes beyond the call of duty to assist others in realizing their full potential. Ms. Campbell holds an MSc (Summa Cum Laude) in Human Resource Management and a BSc. (Hons.) in Administrative Management. She is also certified and has extensive experience in Industrial Relations, Marketing & Sales, Public Relations, Occupational Safety & Health, Facilities Management, Grief Counselling, Social Psychology, Dispute Resolution and other fields.
She is an avid sportswoman who played Netball at the national level and Volleyball and Softball for over 25 years. Ms. Campbell now serves as the President for Jamaica Amateur Softball Association. She is a certified UWI and JAAA Track & Field Official and her love for sports and passion for volunteerism, have resulted in her giving invaluable services at several Netball and Track & Field events for over 35 years. Mrs. Campbell serves on several Boards and in 2011, was recognized by Vauxhall High School for “Invaluable Contribution” to the School’s Board of Management which she served for over 15 years.
The establishment of the NCE was born out of the need to have a non-partisan, national and strategically placed organisation that would "address a wide range of issues impacting the education process".
