Sandra McLeish is the Managing Director of Sankhard Company Limited (home of Springvale brand of condiments), a board member of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA), and is an international public health consultant known as a pioneer in the public-private partnership space with an emphasis on innovative health financing. She is also an ordained pastor and she served on the Advisory Board of the National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA) and was recently called to serve on the National Council on Education. 

Through her company’s business (www.springvaleproducts.com), she has won several national honours, highlighting the company’s efforts to utilize local inputs and bring employment opportunities to many female farmers in Jamaica. This family-owned company has 80% of the workforce being women and has a strong relationship with the community and local suppliers.
