The MoESYI recently issued a strict bulletin reminding school leaders that no child must be denied access to public schools, particularly those awaiting psycho-educational diagnostic assessments. The Ministry reiterated that excluding children from educational activities violates both the Child Care and Protection Act and the International Convention on the Rights of the Child. Administrators are being cautioned that exclusion widens learning gaps and exposes children to unnecessary environmental risks.
